This is one of my favorite photos, of a 2 Mandarin ducks unfortunatly taken in Singapore zoo and not in nature, although they seem to be quite happy there, and not on a plate as a Pekin Duck dish.

My new apple powerbook

I bought a new powerbook, its would become my 3rd Apple computer. First one was Apple IIc at the age of 13, second was iMac (a green one), with OS 9 which wasn't a successful experience. This time I did a lot of reseach (playing around with it in a shop for 5 minutes) before deciding to buy. Its been already a 2 weeks, and the bottom line, is that I like it. It takes time to get used to it, and I am still wondering sometimes where is the backspace botton and where is the right mouse click, but I only notice to what extent I like it, is when I go back to the office and work on my XP, which suddenly feels odd, and then back at home the Mac feels more natural. I don't have much to add at this point, altough I am gathering the experience and installing all kind of softwares. NetNewsWire is my most used app at this point (for RSS feeds).
I belive I will become more comited to the my new Mac, once the Tiger OS comes out, its looks pretty, pretty cool.

So I have a blog

As an early adaptor of technology, internet related in specify I am quiet late... Maybe I have been too busy with work lately or with other things, which prevented me from opening my own blog. The change to be honest came via my introduction to RSS feeds, another technology I have been dening to in the last couple of years, but here I am enjoying RSS and starting my personal blog, feeling some sort of excitment from the unknown, new territory, reminds me the early days and my first internet supscription about 10 years ago.
